Re: Horror Junk Review: Blood Diner

Excellent episode!  The little human sandwiches were cool and the Michael Myers thing was mildy amusing.  Should have been Freddy review that shit!  Also, the picture over the back of your couch is sweet- what is it?

No drinking? Couldn't squeeze in a sixer on a school night? Afraid to drink alone? Weak.

And not that you care, but stalactites hang down, stalacmites grow up. So now you know.

Love the chickskin rug.

Keep up the good work.

Re: Horror Junk Review: Blood Diner

Welcome to the forums, RatSalade!

Now, first of all, I totally drink alone pretty much every time I do a solo podcast, so Shea was the pussy there (sorry Shea). But don't worry, that was the last beer-less episode for a while. I promise.

I knew there was a difference between tites and mites, but couldn't remember what it was. And I'll also forget about 4 seconds from now, but whatever.

The chickskin rug was my beautiful girlfriend Hill, who you can hear on the Halloween Horror Drunk episode.

Thanks for the welcome.

All is forgiven about the booze.

Sorry to hear about you and Brenna breaking up, but Hill looks like a more than suitable replacement. I'll be hanging out with Brenna's father on Tuesday in Los Angeles, so I'll try and call the horrorjunk hotline knee deep in a bottle of jack daniels and a glazed doughnut if he mentions that he's pissed at you for dumping his daughter.

Just tore through every single podcast at work over the past two days (sorry boss), and I can't believe what I've been missing. Looking forward to subsequent episodes.

Shiitar!!

Alright, what were you guys thinking watching Blood Diner sober?  That's like taking a crap without toilet paper.

88 minutes is too long?  I wanted more!!

My only other disagreement - should have been 5 human sandwiches across the board, or maybe an extra human sandwich for the full frontal kung-fu.  Then again, I may be biased.

Great episode, guys.

If you want a bootleg copy, go to www.fleshwoundvideo.com

It's a DVD-R, but it's in English.  Around $20 with shipping.  Or just get the VHS off ebay for about $5 and burn a DVD.

Re: Horror Junk Review: Blood Diner

Loved Blood Diner when I saw it nearly 20 years ago. Watched Gore-Met Zombie Chefs From Hell at around the same time. There has to be a way that we can circulate these "classics" amongst ourselves without running afoul of the FCC, CIA, FBI, NAACP, NCAA, and AA

Re: Horror Junk Review: Blood Diner

outmotherfuckingstanding fella's.

this episode was great, well paced, funny, informative....top 5.

this episode seems more polished than previous ones. the background set was much better, the clips were good and the ratings system is back to form.

love the new mike myers segments. mike myers in a fuckin hoodie was hilarious. mike myers in his usual jumpsuit would have sucked; mike myers in a hoodie and jeans is the perfect amount of cheese/schlock....it makes him seem like one of the boys.

the only criticism that i have is that the green slime border on the bottom of the screen was too high. it should be cut to about half that size. a third of the screen on that episode seemed like it was green slime.

overall, great job fellas, keep up the good work, lookin forward to the next one.

Re: Horror Junk Review: Blood Diner

I'm late watching this episode but, that was top shelf. I especially loved Michael Myers wearing a fucking Warcraft hoodie. That made me laugh out loud just a little bit.

I also finally finished downloading BloodDiner so I can't wait to watch that shit.

Crap. Sorry, Dark Lord. I'm still working out the bugs when it comes to the videos Shea gives me, I guess. Can you watch it on your computer?

Re: Horror Junk Review: Blood Diner

I'm going to try to watch it now.  We'll see how that goes.  I just like to be able to watch it on my ipod because I can bring it with me and throw it in my portable dvd player.  Some episodes I even like to keep.

Re: Horror Junk Review: Blood Diner

Just got done watching it on the comp.  It took forever too buffer and it was out of sync.  It was a good episode though.  I really enjoyed it.  I didn't really like the whole Michael Myers thing though, but what can ya do.  Keep up the awesome work guys.  I really gotta get my hands on a copy of Blood Diner now.

Re: Horror Junk Review: Blood Diner

I meant when you downloaded the episode, if the downloaded one would work on your computer. I assumed the streaming one in this thread would be jittery... you've mentioned the internet issues you've got before.

Anyway, sorry about that, hopefully there will be fewer issues next time.
