Horror Junk - The Top Massacre Movies of All Time

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YMri300829o

I had to just post the YouTube link due to the fact that I broke YouTube embedding on the forums and haven't fixed it yet.

Title - Horror Junk - The Top Massacre Movies of All Time
Date - November 15, 2008
Size - 46.5 megs
Description - Hey, we're switching up the Horror Junk format again with some new software and new correspondent/engineer. In this episode we cover the top 4 horror movies of all time with the word "massacre" in the title. Included are Nail Gun Massacre, Slumber Party Massacre, Sorority House Massacre, and of course Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

I dig the new format guys. Great episode. Last time I watched the Texas Chainsaw Massacre it was 3 in the morning during a storm. Right after Frankie dies and Leatherface is chasing Sally through the woods, the power goes out. Fuck me Jesus on a pogo stick it freaked me out.

Glad you dig the new format.  Our goal is always to make the show better.  If anyone has any suggestions, just let us know!

BTW...what did everyone think of Ol' Dirty Brooks(ODB forever more), our new correspondent/engineer?

I'm digging the new look but I miss the ratings on screen for blood and gore, nudity, etc.  I couldn't hear very well when you guys were small but you looked cool as fuck!  ODB was a pretty cool addition too!  He could really add a lot to the show! He looks out of place tho since he had no backgrounds!

Yeah...we still have details to work out.  First attempt.  Things will be ironed out over time here.  ODB has the "studio" look though!  He's got all the lights and camera behind him.

The ratings will still be there for the next movie that we review.  Promise.

Don't forget Tim's hands every once in a while...okay that sounds kind of gay, I mean when Tim's gesturing.

Re: Horror Junk - The Top Massacre Movies of All Time

Enjoyed the episode as always, guys, but I have to question, at some small level, your dedication to the topic. Not knowing which of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre movies starred Dennis Hopper as opposed to Matthew McConaughey?

Makes me question if you really sat through Motor Home Massacre, Demented Death Farm Massacre, Zombie Island Massacre, Urban Massacre, Drive-In Massacre, Mountaintop Motel Massacre, Psycho Hillbilly Cabin Massacre, The Slaughterhouse Massacre, and other massacre related fare to come up with your Top-Four.

Not that it would have altered your top four, but I'd like to think that my Horror Sherpas are thorough in their research.

And then there's that whole me being bitter about the fancy graphics that ODB got while my episode looked like it was spliced together by a family of sea monkeys. Then again, ODB appears to have been the brains behind the graphics, so I can't complain.

Perhaps the puke stain that my cat, MeatLoaf, left on your carpet could be used as a backdrop to spice up my next appearance?

Anybody else attending the Tableside Magic Shows at Tyroni's Restaurant on 5908 South Adams Street in Bartonville the week prior going to be able to make it to Peoria on Sunday, November 30?

Hey, I'll have you know that Dirty and I knew INSTANTLY which massacre movies belonged to which actors (exception being Matthew McConaughey in part 3 or 4), and it was Shea who was confused. So stick it.

Yeah, Dirty is the master behind the new HJ intro sweetness, and the new software really makes the editing quick and easy with Dirty at the board.

And what the hell are you talking about with the magic show?

Random stream of consciousness. I can't be blamed for it. It was a dozen beers into the evening and after midnight.
